India Coronavirus Live: 1965 number of infected patients in the country, 50
people die so far
The corona virus- spread of covid-19
continues to wreak havoc in the country. According to the data released by the
Union Health Ministry, 131 new cases have come in the last 12 hours.
With this, the number of infected
patients across the country has increased to 1965. Out of these 1764 people are
under treatment. 151 people have recovered or been discharged from the hospital
and 50 have died.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will
interact with Chief Ministers of all states today through video conferencing.
Today one person each died in Haryana, Punjab and Gujarat from Corona, while 12
new cases have been reported in Indore, nine in Rajasthan, three in
Maharashtra, 24 in Andhra Pradesh and one in Manipur. The number of infected
patients has increased to 338 in the most affected state of Maharashtra from

Number
of infected patients across the country 1965, 50 deaths so far
In the last 12 hours, there has been
an increase of 131 people in Corona virus cases. With this, the number of
corona infected patients in the country has increased to 1965.
These include 1764 active cases. 151
people have recovered or been discharged from the hospital and 50 have died.
These figures have been released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare.

new cases in Andhra Pradesh, 111 infected patients
There have been 24 new positive cases
of corona virus in Andhra Pradesh. With this, the number of corona infected
patients has increased to 111. Andhra Pradesh Nodal Officer Dr. Arja Srikanth
gave this information.
One
person died in Gujarat
A 52-year-old corona victim died in
Gujarat today. The deceased travelled to Sri Lanka. He was admitted to the SSG
Hospital in Vadodara on 19 March.
Four members of the deceased's family
have also been found to be Corona positive. Those who are currently being
treated. This information was given by Vadodara Collector S. Aggarwal.
Three
new cases in Maharashtra, 338 infected
There are three new cases in
Maharashtra today. Two of them are residents of Pune and one Buldhana. With
this, the number of corona infected patients has increased to 338 in the state.

death from corona in Haryana, 67-year-old man dies
A 67-year-old man has died of corona
virus today in Ambala, Haryana. He was undergoing treatment by PGIMR
Chandigarh. This information was given by Dr. Kuldeep Singh, Chief Medical
Officer, Ambala.
Nine
new cases in Rajasthan, 129 number of covid-19 patients
Nine new cases have been reported in
Rajasthan on Thursday. Seven of them include one patient each from Ramganj,
Jodhpur and Jhunjhunu. With this, the total number of corona infected patients
in the state has increased to 129.
This information has been given by
Rajasthan Health Department. The seven new cases found in Ramganj are close to
the person who was earlier found to be Corona positive, which has infected 17
people close to him. At the same time, the person found to be corono virus
positive in Jhunjhunu belongs to Tablighi Jamaat.
A
new case in Manipur, two total number of cases tested positive
Another positive case of corona virus
has been reported in Manipur. With this, the number of infected patients in the
state has increased to two. The new patient had joined the Tablighi Jamaat in
Nizamuddin, Delhi. Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh said that some people
have also been kept in the Quarantine Center, which is being monitored.
Assam
has 16 covid-19 confirmed cases
Minister Himanta Vishwa Sharma said
that Nizamuddin Markaz of Delhi returned to join the Tablighi Jamaat and found
three people infected with Corona, who live in Goalpara. There have been a
total of 16 cases in the state.

infected patients in Madhya Pradesh, 12 new cases of covid-19 in Indore
There have been 12 new cases of
corona in Indore. After this, the total number of infected in Indore has
increased to 75. While the total cases in the state have gone up to 98.
Telangana: The Chief Minister's Office has informed that 30 new cases of
coronovirus positive have been reported and three deaths have occurred. The
death toll in the state has risen to nine, all of the deceased had joined the
Tablighi Jamaat in Nizamuddin Markaz in Delhi. Along with this, it has also
been decided to give additional benefits along with full month's salary to the
doctors and medical staff, health workers and police staff treating the corona
victims.
Gujarat: Eight more new cases have been reported in the state. With this, there
have been a total of 82 cases of infection in the state, of which six have been
cured and number of deaths are six.
Odisha: The Bhadrak Municipal Police on Wednesday arrested three people for
spreading rumors on social media about the corona virus. These include two men
and a woman.
Delhi: Police have informed that 275 foreign nationals (172 from Indonesia,
36 from Kyrgyzstan and 21 from Bangladesh- these are people who attended the
religious congregation) have been identified by the state government and the
Crime Branch in a joint operation in Nizamuddin Markaz, Delhi.
