A hair problem is a big problem in winter. Everyone has
different treatments regarding hair protection. But it is also important to
know the right way. During the winter, the hair has to face many troubles. The
wintry winds snatch the moisture of our hair and make them dry and lifeless. To
care for hair in this season you need to pay attention to a few things.
Aloe Vera
The thick, soft leaves of aloe vera are known to have
therapeutic properties. Remove the pulp from the aloe vera leaf to apply to the
hair. Blend some aloe vera pulses by adding some water to the blender. Gently
massaging the scalp with this mixture keeps the scalp and hair moisture safe
and makes the hair healthy. After massaging the aloe vera pulp leave the hair
for a while and then wash them.
Massage with Coconut or Olive Oil
Massage with warm oil in winter has unmatched benefits. You
can choose coconut oil or olive oil for scalp and massage on hair. Before
massaging, heat the oil slightly. You will get the maximum benefit from it. Gently
massage the hair roots with the tip of the fingers. After the massage tie the
hair with a hot towel and leave it for half an hour. After this wash the hair
with shampoo. Massage of hot oil increases blood circulation in the head and
opens the pores, thereby strengthening the hair roots.
Curd
Yogurt acts as a natural conditioner under hair care. To
make more use of curd, you can make a paste by mixing about two teaspoons of
amla powder in a bowl of curd. Apply this paste to the hair. Leaving the curd
mask half an hour and shampooing both increases the shine and strength of the
hair.
Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar available at home has many advantages.
For hair shine, mix one spoon Apple Cider Vinegar in a cup of water and massage
the hair. After that wash the hair. Your hair will get a new shine.
